Why is it I can’t edit the CSS menus?!?!?!?!!?

como faço pra postar nesse template pois nao tem a parte de postagem?
I went into the .html section, searched for those words there and found them. I just simply changed the words to what I wanted. I have not attached a link to them yet, but at least after changing the words and re-saved the template, I did not get an error.
