I&#039;d like to share it in case anyone has the same problem.A summary:So when you edit this template&#039;s stuff in Blogger HTML and then you click &quot;Preview&quot; (of course we all want to preview what we&#039;ve done before saving it, right?), it will look all right.
Notice that at the end of that first page (preview mode), there&#039;s a picture of a small house (that&#039;s a link to go back to your blog home), and a small right arrow (a link to go to the 2nd page for previous posts).That is what YOU SHOULD GET. The preview mode is CORRECT!!But then if you save it and load the real blog, the small house and arrow are missing!! They&#039;re replaced by an ugly &quot;Pages (2): 1 2 Next&quot;.
Whatever the amount of your pages and posts, there&#039;s ALWAYS 2 PAGES and IN THE 2ND PAGE IT&#039;S ALWAYS YOUR VERY LAST 2 POSTS!
So the entries in-between will be missing.--------------------------------------------------Here&#039;s what works:Go to the usual Edit HTML page and find this section:}
}html = &#039; Pages (&#039;+(postNum-1)+&#039;)&#039;+html;if(thisNum&lt;(postNum-1)){
html += downPageHtml;}if(postNum==1) postNum++;
html += &#039;&#039;;if(isPage &#124;&#124; isFirstPage &#124;&#124; isLablePage){
var pageArea = document.getElementsByName(&quot;pageArea&quot;);
var blogPager = document.getElementById(&quot;blog-pager&quot;);if(postNum &lt;= 2){
html =&#039;&#039;;
}for(var p =0;p0){
html =&#039;&#039;;
}if(blogPager){
blogPager.innerHTML = html;
}
}Now DELETE EVERYTHING THERE, leaving the two braces after and before:}
}}
}All your entries will be displayed as it should be, and the paging works fine.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay folks, turned out my luck didn&#8217;t go out! <img
