Tips and Tricks, Tools

One of the problems you can have managing your website or blog, is to follow the comments and answer them. There’s a useful tool available in almost every blogging system, wich can be very helpful: the rss.

Almost every blog automatically creates a rss for our posts, and also for the comments, so we can access them form our favorite rss reader, in my case Google Reader.

In the case of Blogger, rss address for comments is:

http://YOURBLOG.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default

Where “YOURBLOG” is precisely that part of your blog’s URL. For example, if you wanna add this in Google Reader, go to “Add Subscription”, and every time you login to Google Reader, yo can see the comments written in any of your blog’s article.

Just found your blog today. Really like it - keep up the good work.Domain info more important than you think :-)Domain information such as DNS, age of domain and even the expiration date are used to distinguish between illegitimate and legitimate domains. Why are google doing this? Simply to get all the factors they can to get an internal “trust score”.This “trust score” is used to eliminate “doorway” pages and spam in the search result.I’M not saying that it’s working perfectly - but they are doing a pretty good job.
