I am new to blogging so forgive me for this probably dumb question. I downloaded the zip file for this template but I am stuck on the very early step that says “Find and upload the xml file of your template”. I don;t see where that file is and I don;t see a button that says UPLOAD anywhere in Blogger. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Thank you.
