Ive tried to upload this template and it won’t let me on blogspot. I LOVE this template and have looked and searched until I finally found it! However it says it’s not formatted correctly and something about parsons not closed right. .and XML needs to be corrected. Too much info I don’t know about please help asap!

but i cannot seem to download any of it. it says xml not found??
I was able to successfully load the template to my site but I’m having a problem with my home page. The right side columns don’t show up on the side, instead they are all the way at the bottom of my page. When I open an individual post it’s perfect and back to normal with the columns on the right side….what’s going on?

The big question is: what changes did you make on the template? The background in your template is yellow, not white. Maybe you accidentally removed that little piece of code that clears the flotation below the sidebar and the main-wrapper, or maybe that adsense ad in your sidebar is too wide.
Why don’t you download and install this template again? It would be the easiest solution…

@mimo: You don’t need any html code. You just need to click on the “download” button, unzip the folder (you may use winzip or winrar), extract the xml file and upload it to your blog as it is explained in our FAQ.

I just downloaded your template…LOVE IT.
I’m have one issue though, my Blog title is over lapping onto the “sweet menu”…how do I adjust that?
Right now my title, Cakes…Or Something Like That , is all on one line.
I need it to look like this,

Like That
That way it wont over lap the menu,

Myabe you can make the title to be smaller.
In Design/Edit HTML, find:
Then change the font-size to a lower value (less than 48px) and save your template.
I actually figured it out, I made the text wrap around the image
I just added ‘wrapper’ after the id=’header’ and it worked.
I just kind of played with it till I got it.

I absolutely love this layout! Thank you! I do have one question though. I am very new at all of this. I am wondering if there is a way to alter the “sweet menu” on this layout. I tried looking through all the html codes from the faq help but cannot figure this out. I did not see where it could be altered as a page element either. Please help!!

@Tanja: You must enable the “read more” feature. Go to Layout/Edit HTML/Expand widget templates and add this code above

Save changes. Afterwards, go to Settings/Basic/Select post editor -> Updated editor. Now, every time you want to use the “read more” feature you need to click on the “Insert jump beak” button in the Compose mode.
Hi, this template is great! I love this the most out of all the other templates i used before. Just a qn thou, how do I make the day and date show above each blog post?

I’m having problems with this template. I’ve had a few people say they cannot leave comments on my blog. The footer cuts off where they need to click to save the comment.

For some reason the “Labels” and “Blog Archive” sidebars are showing up way at the bottom right of my blog instead of under the “Welcome”. Also when I add other gadgets they show up at the bottom of the blog. I tried downloading and installing the template again but the same problem occurs. Any ideas of how to fix this?

@Emily: Go to Design/Edit HTML, click on “Expand widget templates” and search for the words that you want to delete. You may use the search box in your browser (CTRL+F) to find them easily.
