@cris: In Design/Edit HTML, replace this image url by yours:

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Sd8u52mpBRQ/TEYafh34IxI/AAAAAAAAApk/rV1XkPPOiVM/s1600/under-header.jpg

Your new header image must be 1600px × 171px.

Sorry.. But when you open the code, he says:
Error reading XML: malformed

Hi Claudia!
I love this template but I want to change the background color. How I can do it ? I try to change the image but do not work. Help me! =D

↩ Reply
Claudia 10 September 2010 at 19:00

@Ricardo: Go to Design/Edit HTML, and find this:

#wrapper-under {
background:url("https://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sd8u52mpBRQ/TEYagMkDA0I/AAAAAAAAAps/VXSRd82Xr9E/s1600/wrapper-under.jpg") repeat-x scroll 0 256px transparent;
}

That is the background image that you must change ;)

@Ricardo: Go to Design/Edit HTML and find:

h2 {
-moz-border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
-webkit-border-radius:10px 10px 10px 10px;
background:none repeat scroll 0 0 #CBBB93;
font:100%/1.4em 'Georgia',Trebuchet,Arial,Verdana,Sans-serif;
color:#000000;
letter-spacing:0.2em;
margin:0;
padding:5px 10px;
text-shadow:0 1px 0 #EEEEEE;
text-transform:uppercase;
}

You must change the #CBBB93 by other hex color.

Hello, I like very much your template. I would like to add “reactions” at the bottom of my article and to show buttons to share (facebook and co) but I don’t know how to make it. Could you help me, please ? Thank you very much !

Claudia 21 February 2011 at 16:42

@Caroline: Go to Design/Edit HTML, click on “Expand widget templates” and find this code:

Paste this code above that line:

        <b:if cond='data:top.showReactions'>

              <data:top.reactionsLabel/>

        </b:if>

Save changes. Now enable reactions in Design/Page elements/Blog posts.

Caludia hi – I had the facebook buttons appearing below each post in my World Traveller blog – now they are not appearing and I have not made any changes. Desperate to get these here and I am not sure what is happening? I have selected this on the Design/Page Elements/Blog page, but the buttons still do not appear.

Can you please help?

Hello Andy!, I had the same problem, but i solved it on this way:

You have to add this script in CSS:

.share-button {display: inline-block;}

I put it at the end, like this:

.share-button {display: inline-block;}

/* (CSS End) */

Alex 1 March 2011 at 14:59

If you don’t find CSS, put it before:

Like this:
.share-button {display: inline-block;}

Hi Alex

WHen I put that code in, the buttons appear twice!! An not in the place that I have set the blogger preferences to (aligned middle, below comments). I have left it saved in the blog so you can see….

Andy 1 March 2011 at 16:43

Hi again Alex

Someone suggested putting this code instead

.post-share-buttons a
{
position: relative;
display: inline-block;
}

And that seems to have worked – the buttons are only there once. However, its not appearing as per the preferences I have set, which is below the comments line of each post (and preferably centred).

Any ideas? Thanks for your help so far…

Hey Andy, you could ask to an expert:

Here it is a link from a friend who lives in Argentina. He has a bloG with all the technical stuff; it is in spanish, but anyway, you can ask him or translate the website:

Hope it helps you to solve your doubts.

Claudia 31 May 2011 at 23:01

@Siva: I see that your are not using “World Traveler Blogger Template” on your blog. Nevertheless, the easiest solution is that you restart your blogger template (install it again).

Also go to Settings/Comments/Comment Form Placement -> Embedded below post. Save changes.

Hi,
Thanks for designing such a cool template. Exactly what I was looking for. I will probably change the photos once I decide which ones I want to use.

Just a quick question, how can I have a navigation bar under the photos? I used to have a few static pages but removed them when the description of the blog was over the top of these when I uploaded this new template.

Also any chance of getting a footer where I can place gadgets?

Thanks again,
Cole
