Uhm okay so this is pretty much useless? Blogger doesn’t give any of the options your FAQ is telling me I should get to enter a template. There is no template option and the pic showing the upload button doesn’t exist on blogger at all. I can’t do anything with this…

in fact blogger doesn’t even support XML files…
