I am trying to use this template, but can’t figure out how to change a lot of things. The ZIP file I downloaded had a ‘Template Setup’ shortcut, but it didn’t open anything. Please help. Thanks!

Another question – I can’t get the featured slider to work properly. I replace the ‘#’ with my link, and when I preview what it will look like, the featured section is doubled and screwed up – my picture is never featured, my title doesn’t show up on it on the side bar, and my side bar is different sizes, not small thumbnails like the originals in the template. What size do my pictures have to be?
I know this is a lot to ask, but any way I can get a step-by-step on how to customize one of the features in this section?
