Um I tried this but this imported another Blog Post “widget” so now I have a Blog1 and Blog2 page element so my posts are showing where they should but a copy of them is showing on the sidebar aswell. Help?

Oh never mind I found the issue, in the XML code you have Blog2 but it should be Blog1.
