I couldn’t use the template as there were in excess of 100 parsing errors in the file.
The code is all messed up, the same applies with most of the templates on this site

I downloaded https://btemplates.com/2012/blogger-template-black-and-white-3/ template and after extraction, it has only two file.
1] Black and White.xml file and 2] Frequently asked questions
So, could you please suggest how to download? I tried in different browser as well but the same issue.
