You need to delete these lines when you edit your HTML: #topstripes{height:10px;width:100%;background:url(https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lngjsBkhdyE/UPcd0g0eoTI/AAAAAAAAECc/aB6TprojD4Q/s000/stripe.png) repeat-x}
