how would i change the address for the contact tab from the built in symbol to my email address? and how would i link a post to the other tabs?

It is just basic HTML. If you want to add to add your own e-mail adress in the contact tab, replace mailto:# by mailto:you@gmail.com. Our FAQ may help you to setup the menu bar and add more links.
