You can remove the curly braces/brackets on the title by searching this on the edit template “” without the quote. delete the curly brackets.
you will see like this “{ }” just delete the curly brackets from the beggining and at the end.

looks like it does not allow a tag in the comment. Search this “expr:href=’data:blog.homepageUrl” without the quote. You will see curly braces/brackets from the beginning and at the end of the code.

Is there any way to add the date the post was published? It currently only shows “posted by (name) on (time)” with no date.

I can’t get the template to upload? I get this message: We were unable to save your template.
Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly. XML error message:
Content is not allowed in prolog.
I get that with any template I try except the ones on the Blogger site. I am very techno challenged, don’t read or write code so type for dummies please.

Deb, it seem you’ve temper with the code without closing the tags or opening the tags. Re-download and install the template without touching the code

I am the author of History of American Women blog. I downloaded your AZSands template last night, and I am very pleased with it.
But I have 2 problems:
1. The thumbnails on the homepage are set to 200 x 200, but my images are different sizes.
2. My h3 headings at the top of my posts are not showing on homepage.
