You need to edit this template to enable menu and search engine. Copy text code that is in downloaded folder and then go to blogger dashboard –> Page elements –> click edit at HTML gadget is in front below header –> there paste code. Thats it.
Blogger101 8 April 2009 at 12:41
The template is cute! But I downloaded it and this is what it said:
Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: Content is not allowed in prolog.
WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS MEAN?!! I CAN”T FIND ANYTHING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM! GRR…
MAGGIECHICKEN 9 April 2009 at 5:09

@Nina: Edit that image with an image editor ;)
krisha 10 April 2009 at 18:36
please help..”Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: Content is not allowed in prolog.”
that’s what it says.. i want the template but i couldn’t figure it out..
Claudia 10 April 2009 at 22:51
Hey, do not copy & paste, just upload the xml file ;)
zEEROCKz 11 April 2009 at 1:12
Hi guys, I guess when you download any template from here, you also get a ReadMe file. Please open that file because it contains the installation instructions which are really very easy to implement.
patti 11 April 2009 at 10:42
Can’t figure out how to activate the links across the top (home, about, contacts, faq). It’s not in the readme file.
zEEROCKz 11 April 2009 at 12:37
Hi Patti, You’ll see an HTML/Text Widget just below the header widget. That contains the links, just change them.
patti 11 April 2009 at 18:43
Just to let everyone know, the “home,” “about,” “contacts,” and “faq” navbar links on this template are not really links. Those words are just part of the background image. So, if you want them to actually be links to anything, you have to go in and change the source code. They should really make that easier to fix.
patti 11 April 2009 at 18:44
zEEROCKz — you can’t fix it w/ the widget, the widget was blank. I had to get a programmer friend to write the code for me.
zEEROCKz 12 April 2009 at 6:34
Guys, I’ve just downloaded the template and it contains a text file “Code for menu-searchform-rss (copy and paste!)”.
Simply copy this file contents in the “Text/HTML Widget” just below your header widget. I think that is the simplest way to get things going!!!!
Alvaris Falcon 14 April 2009 at 3:07
Another great hit, impressive!
Ryanne 14 April 2009 at 9:03
I love this template! my only problem is it resizes my horizontal photos so they all look squished. Is there a way I can change that?
Thank so much…
zEEROCKz 14 April 2009 at 9:46
Hi Ryanne, can you please give me your blog address. So that I can visit it and help you out.
Kim 14 April 2009 at 14:52
Is it right that it is not possible with this template to add messages very easy?
I mean… that you have to add your message in the template itself?
Chris 15 April 2009 at 1:54
Nice good concept template..impressive!..
Heather 16 April 2009 at 11:24
Love this template! I think I got it going ok but the home, about, contacts and faq–are those removable? thx
zEEROCKz 16 April 2009 at 11:53
Hi Heather, well thanks for appreciating. Actually you can’t remove those icons because they’re actually part of the background image.
See the background image here.

tq :)
anyone can help?
helpgirl 20 April 2009 at 2:56
2 use this layout, u have 2 open Craftwork.xml with Notepad. Copy and then paste. I hope this help…
zEEROCKz 20 April 2009 at 11:52
Hi Joe, when you download the template the template from here, you’ll see that there’s a widget included in the compressed file. First, just install the template then copy the contents of the widget included and paste them under the header widget in “Page Elements” tab. You can do that by just creating an “Text/HTML Widget” under the header widget.
HedgeWytch 21 April 2009 at 14:23
Hi, I’ve installed the template and absolutely love it – it’s perfect for the group I wanted it for. However, the labels don’t show (i.e. posted by [name]) – which is problematic because it’s a shared blog! Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
ika 28 April 2009 at 7:39
hi zeerockz, i want this templates: http://www.ezwpthemes.com/templates/happy-shopping.html#comment-3989 but it is in wordpress format.could u convert it 2 blogger format? thanks in advanced.:)
Mel 1 May 2009 at 18:56
I made how you told us, put the code in the html gadget bellow the header but I’m having a problem, the links dont match. Like, the link where I put “contacts” only works if you click in “home” and the same happens with the others.
tara 3 May 2009 at 9:43

Im terrible with html, but if you show me what to remove ill be fine
Thanks
zEEROCKz 13 May 2009 at 7:29
Hi Liam, you wanted to change the text in the “About Us” box in the sidebar. For that simply go to the “Edit HTML” tab in your blogger “Edit Layout” section. There, simply search for this text and replace it.
liam 15 May 2009 at 4:08
hey zeerockz. I tried that, but still, it doesn’t wok. help me!!

Great template…….. I like it…!!
Jamie 10 June 2009 at 14:15
I’m sort of new to this so I’m a little confused. I copied the code to the Text/HTML Widget under my header, but how do I get the link to actually go somewhere from my blog? Shouldn’t I be able to creat a page where the “contacts” link will take you to?
Kurtlar Vadisi Gladio 10 June 2009 at 17:09

Laura 19 June 2009 at 15:24
I would like to know how to make the code for the menu/search etc line up with the boxes. When I come to do a search the cursor is actually above the box.
My other question is with regards to the search facility. I have done preliminary searches to find that it searches google not my blog. How can I rectify this?
Other than those minor problems I am very impressed with this blog template.
Thanks in advance.
sonia 21 June 2009 at 5:52
Excuse me! Is there someone could help me to show the HTML for this template. It is so lovely, but I wonder why I still could’t get the HTML after downloading. TXH!
zEEROCKz 21 June 2009 at 15:03
Hi Sonia and all, I’ve provided a detailed setup guide at the following page, please refer to that, thanks.
http://bloggerfaqs.blogspot.com/2009/04/craftwork-free-blogger-template.html
Hi Btemplates, some time ago you guys used to have another option with each template which was about the template installation, please restore that one because there are a lot of templates which need to be properly setup before use, thanks.
krimsonking 27 June 2009 at 9:09
Por favor. Necesito ayuda con esta plantilla. No he podido arreglarle mucho pues no tengo gran conocimiento de programación.
