Can anyone tell me how i can change the ads in this template?
I would like to be able to remove or change the advertise here boxes.

@Marcel, to change/modify just find the block.
To remove the ads, just delete everything enclosed/including the div block. Alternatively, you might just hide those ads by putting this code at the end of the skin part:
#banner {display:none;}
