En ese código tienes que reemplazar esas URL por las URL de las imágenes que quires poner ahí. Debes haber hospedado todas las imágenes previamente (en un hosting de imágenes gratuito como Picasa o Tinypic). Cada imagen debe tener 610px × 320px.
En el código también puedes reemplazar las descripciones, y enlazar las imágenes a tus posts destacados.
