Really wonderful template! But how can I delete buttons youtube, twitter, facebook and so on at the right up coner at the main page?

I have a lot of posts in my blog. And this template can’t show more than 40 posts with label. But I have 280 posts with one label. How can I fix this poblem? I want to see all 280 posts when I cklik label.
