why cant i download this template?
it opens a page with this on:

Xml file replaced ;) If it fails again, delete your cookies.

How do you get the very bottom to split with “Recent Posts”, “Comments for Blogger Templates” and the “About this blog” elements? (and where’d you find/add the “Comments” and “Recent Posts” elements anyway. I can’t seem to locate how to do that.
