it’s always not well performed

I’m having issues with the font. The default is too small for blog posts and when I go to “Layout > Fonts and Colors”, I don’t get any options (list is blank). How do I change the font so it’s bigger, and maybe what font, so it’s easier to read by my readers?
Also, for some reason, the items on the sidebar are showing on the bottom, even though they were showing fine after the last time I changed the HTML. Don’t know why (though I plan to compare code with backup to see if I can figure it out). Thanks.
Is there anyway that you (being the blogger using the layout) add your own header over in the right hand corner? Or do you have any tips on this? I tried, but it’s always in an odd position or place. Thanks for any help!

Hey! I love this template. It works perfectly on Chrome. When i viewed it on IE the right panel moves down to the bottom of the page. How can i fix this? Thank youu!
