You do not need and HTML file. Just upload the XML template.

I attempted to upload this to blogger and I keep getting an error message. I receive this message: “Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: Content is not allowed in prolog.”
Any advice?
