after install, there is no main menu (top menu).. please help

Sop:
Set up the menu from Layout/Edit elements. There is a link list gadget under the header where you can put your own links.

How to change height right columns? Because when add HTML gadget, its to height. Try to find in edit HTML template but not sure which one. Thank you.
