4 questions:
1- No matter what code I use for the “welcome” widget, the text or image always stays to the left or right. I cannot get it to position center.
2- How can I move the “search” box to a place further down the sidebar?
3- Is it possible to remove the floating Blogger icon in the upper right corner?
4- How do I get page links to appear on the brown banner above the blog section?
Thanks for any assistance. I know a fair amount of HTML but am not an expert by any means.

2. The search bar cannot be removered since it is part of the main background image. Check this:
3. I don’t see any floating Blogger icon… just a rss feed icon. You can’t get rid of it since it is part of this image:
4. If you want to add more links, you need to add more pages. Go to your Dashboard/Posting/Edit Pages and add more pages.

Gostaria que você me informasse como eu coloco um gadjet com a palavra “BRASIL” dentro da faixa marrom.
