@azmir: Go to Design/Edit HTML and find this code:

<li><a href='YOUR-LINK-HERE'><img alt='facebook' src=''/></a></li>
<li><a href='/feeds/posts/default' title='RSS'><img alt='Mag Demo Rss' src=''/></a></li>
<li class='last'><a href='YOUR-LINK-HERE'><img alt='flickr' src=''/></a></li>
<li><a href='YOUR-LINK-HERE'><img alt='delicious' src=''/></a></li>
<li><a href='YOUR-LINK-HERE'><img alt='stumble' src=''/></a></li>
<li><a href='YOUR-LINK-HERE'><img alt='digg' src=''/></a></li>
<li><a href='YOUR-LINK-HERE'><img alt='Twitter' src=''/></a></li>

You must replace “YOUR-LINK-HERE” by the link to your profile (with http://) in Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, etc.
