   I can’t find where to remove the banner ad, and the search function does NOT work.

   Any ideas on how to fix these?

   Em:
   In Layout/Edit HTML, find this code and delete it:

   <a href='#'><img alt='Ads' src='http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_xO_Vy6En5QM/TVqJdO0GcuI/AAAAAAAAAOE/UH9TRD9fB5E/s000/468x60xr1.gif'/></a>

   It will remove the top banner
